If received after business hours, acceptance is deemed on the next working day.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.3 Final safety inspections and meter-related processes will begin only after the payment mentioned in your quotation is received.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.4 If the installation site requires work beyond standard procedures, additional charges may apply.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.5 Solar Era reserves the right to cancel this agreement without obligation or penalty within 7 days of acceptance.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.6 Solar buy-back rates (feed-in tariffs) are set quarterly by SP Group under EMA regulation. Solar Era is not liable for any changes to such laws or tariffs that affect the expected return on investment.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.7 Solar system performance may vary due to environmental conditions and shading. Any power generation estimates provided are only indicative.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.8 Solar Era may cancel this agreement without penalty if, at its discretion, installation is deemed unfeasible due to safety, access, structural concerns, shading, or material availability. Customer Responsibilities<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c4fc0aa elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c4fc0aa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.1 You acknowledge that the system will meet its intended use under the manufacturer&#8217;s specifications and Singapore\u2019s Consumer Protection standards.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.2 Intellectual property related to the system and installation belongs to Solar Era or its suppliers.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.3 These terms apply to all orders placed by you.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.4 Solar Era will bear the cost of external metering and monitoring equipment installation unless stated otherwise in the quotation.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.5 You understand that performance may vary with environmental conditions and that energy output figures are estimates.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d688156 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"d688156\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-45c841d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"45c841d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">6. Delivery and Installation<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5e908ef elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5e908ef\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.1 Solar Era will coordinate the system&#8217;s delivery and installation based on the agreed timeline.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.2 Installations may be delayed due to:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stock shortages<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Weather<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On-site complications<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Other unforeseen issues<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.3 Notice of any date change will be provided.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.4 If your electrical switchboard needs upgrades, you are responsible for the cost.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.5 Unreported access challenges may incur extra costs.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.6 Meter replacement fees are covered by Solar Era, if required.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dabc9af e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"dabc9af\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dbdf9e2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"dbdf9e2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">10.
